Returns & Exchange

Return Policy:

Please inspect the product thoroughly upon receiving it from the delivery agent. Returns will not be accepted once the product has been delivered. For exchanges, the following items must be handed back intact to the delivery agent; otherwise, the request will not be accepted:

• Main product

• Original box or packaging materials

• Bill or invoice

• Product tags

Exchange Policy:

If you wish to exchange a product, you must bear the full delivery charge. However, if the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the cost. If a returned product needs to be modified and resent, the delivery charge will be determined based on who is responsible for the error (covered by us if it is our mistake; otherwise, borne by the customer).
